KODIAK,Alaska (Sept. 27) -- Massive amounts of dead Sandlance fish are scattered overa quarter of a mile of Pillar Creek Beach in Monashka Bay on Kodiak Island Wednesday afternoon.  The fish began showing up dead  Monday evening.  Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation and the Coast Guard are investigation the incident.
